CONFERENCE ANIMATION *

This option includes: - Animation of a 25 minutes conference.- Visibility of your conference subject on the event website.* Your subject must be consistent with the 2022 convention program so it will be submitted to the organizing committee for approval before validation.
PASS FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERSON
€ 250
This option includes: - A pass for an additional person at your booth.- Access to the 2 lunch cocktails and the festive evening on May 11 for the additional person.
The Sponsoring Options
COFFEE BREAK(S)
1 day : € 1,500 | 2 days : € 2,000
The coffee break area is located at the heart of the exhibition area, a major meeting place for all participants. This option includes:- Visibility of your company on 2 kakemonos placed around the coffee break area. - Printing and delivery of the 2 kakemonos at the exhibition site.You are in charge of creating the visual of your kakemono (no graphic design from the organization). You need to send the visual to the organization team at least 3 weeks before the event.
LUNCH(ES)
1 lunch : € 3,000 | 2 lunches : € 5,000
The lunches will gather all the participants on May 11 and 12 at the event venue.This option includes:- A 5 minutes speech to present your company before lunch.- Visibility of your logo on all available supports in the lunch area and the participants will be informed that the lunch(es) is/are offered by your company. You need to send the visual to the organization team at least 3 weeks before the event.
FESTIVE EVENING *
€ 4,500
The festive evening will gather all the participants on the evening of May 11 and will conclude the first day of meetings.This option includes: - A 5 minutes speech to present your company before dinner.- Visibility of your logo on all available supports around the dining area and the participants will be informed that the festive evening is offered by your company.You need to send the visual to the organization team at least 3 weeks before the event.* This offer is available for one company
WELCOME KIT FLYER (A4 OR A5)

A welcome kit of the event is provided to all participants at their arrival.This option includes: - Integration of your flyer (A4 or A5 and two-sided) in the event welcome kit.You are in charge of creating and printing your flyer, depending on the final number of participants that the organization team will provide you.The printed flyers (two-sided) have to be sent by post to the organization team at least 3 weeks before the event.
BADGE LANYARDS *

Badges are necessary to access the event, so all participants will have one.This option includes: - Visibility of your logo that will be printed on all badge lanyards.Your logo has to be sent to the organization team at least 4 weeks before the event.* This offer is available for one company
CUSTOMIZED BAGS *
